Greg Steube
W. Gregory "Greg" Steube (born May 19, 1978) is a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 73rd District, which includes eastern Manatee County and northeastern Sarasota County, since 2012, previously representing the 67th District from 2010 to 2012.
==History==
Steube was born in Bradenton to Brad Steube, who currenetly serves as the Sheriff of Manatee County. He attended the University of Florida, receiving a degree in animal science in 2000, and then his Juris Doctor from the Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2003. Following graduationn, Steube joined the United States Army, where he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Judge Advocate General's Corps from 2004 to 2008, earning the Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Bar, and Parachutist Badge.
